These terms apply to everyone who uses ResidentBuddy. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
ResidentBuddy is an independent project by Ido Nissim and Noa Zimhony-Nissim (“we”, the owners). It is not owned, operated, endorsed or sponsored by any hospital, medical centre, university, health fund or other medical or academic institution, and does not speak for one.
2. What it is for
ResidentBuddy is a study and organisation aid for residency training. Nothing on it is medical advice, clinical guidance or an official record of training, and it must not be used for patient care decisions. Official requirements, schedules and results are those of the training program and the relevant authorities.
3. Content
Exams, Questions, checklists, Messages and their attachments are written by the Users who post them. We do not check them for accuracy and are not responsible for them. Do not upload or write patient information, or anything you have no right to share.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. It may change or stop at any time, and data may be lost.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the service.
6. Accounts
Access is given by a program Admin, who adds you to a Course. You sign in with your Google account. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the service means accepting them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
